The V-Class is the passenger-focused version of the Mercedes-Benz W447 van family, which also includes the Vito. This generation was introduced in 2014, and the updated model revealed in July 2023 reached South Africa in October 2024.

The local line-up consists of a single V 300 d Exclusive. It uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbodiesel with a nine-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive. The update brought a new front end and a widescreen cockpit that combines a 12.3-inch digital instrument display with a central touchscreen.

In standard form the V-Class seats seven, with individual seats in the second row that can be turned to face the rear bench, and luxury rear seats with massage functions are available as an option. Equipment includes a Burmester surround sound system and ambient lighting with 64 colours.
