What we collect and why

We collect your name, surname, province, email and phone number to manage your registration and contact you about joining this independent club. Your vehicle brand and class help us understand our owners. Optional town, activity preferences and volunteer interests help us coordinate relevant activities. Club news emails require your separate opt-in.

Where it goes

Your registration is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and emailed to the organiser's Gmail inbox through Cloudflare Email Sending. Cloudflare and Google may process it outside South Africa. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent spam and may process technical browser and network information; read Cloudflare's privacy policy (opens in a new tab). This website hosts its own fonts and photos, so browsing it sends nothing to font or image services. Your details are not displayed publicly or sold.

Who can see it and for how long

Access is limited to the club organiser, who is responsible for your information, and necessary service providers. Details are kept while needed to manage your interest and participation.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing ramatladi.mphela@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za (opens in a new tab)).
