A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before we
hit the road.
Do I need a performance Mercedes-Benz?
No. The club is open to all Mercedes-Benz owners, across all models and generations. Performance vehicles are welcome, and so is your everyday car.
Is this an official Mercedes-Benz club?
This is an independent owners’ initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mercedes-Benz. The Mercedes-Benz name is used solely to identify the vehicles our community owns.
Where is the club based?
The community welcomes owners across all nine South African provinces. Local activities will depend on owner interest and confirmed arrangements.
Are track activities compulsory?
No. Choose the experiences that suit you. Any driving activity will be subject to the venue’s rules, safety requirements and separately communicated arrangements.
What happens after I register?
Your interest is recorded and the organiser is notified. The organiser will contact you about next steps. Registering does not reserve an event place or create a paid membership.
Can I help organise events?
Absolutely. Tick the volunteer option when registering and select the areas that interest you. The organiser can then get in touch when help is needed.
YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, plainly.
We collect your name, surname, province, email and phone number to manage your registration and contact you about joining this independent club. Your vehicle brand and class help us understand our owners. Optional town, activity preferences and volunteer interests help us coordinate relevant activities. Event-news emails require your separate opt-in.
Registration information is stored by the club using Cloudflare services and sent to the organiser through the configured email service. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help prevent spam and may process technical browser and network information. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Your details are not displayed publicly or sold.
Access is limited to the organiser and necessary service providers. Details are retained while needed to manage your interest and participation; you may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing ramatladi.mphela@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed. Please do not submit identity documents, a VIN or other sensitive information. Privacy notice updated 18 October 2026.
